Download and run PCNetQS using this button
If you are running Internet
Explorer you will see a RUN or
SAVE option.
Press the Run Option
When you run the program
you’ll get a security warning
about a program downloaded
from the internet.
If the prompt appears
(shown on right)
press the Run button.
If you are using Windows Vista
or Windows 7 you will get a
User Account Control prompt
(UAC).
If the prompt appears
(shown on right)
press the Yes button.
Finally, the PCNet Quick
Support application should
appear.
The technician on the phone will
need the ID and Password in the
boxes in the middle. Remember
to be sure to keep this program
running, otherwise he or she
will not be able to remotely fix
your computer.
