Download this file: PCNetQS.exe and run it.

You might get several prompts:

If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer you'll get a Run or Save option:

Press the Run Option
When you run the program you'll get a security warning about a program downloaded from the Internet:

If the prompt appears as above, press the Run button.
If it does not appear as above, press the "Don't Run" button as the downloaded file may be corrupt
If you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7 you'll get a User Account Control prompt (UAC):

Press the Yes button
Finally, the PCNet Quick Support application should appear:

The technician on the phone will need the ID and Password in the boxes in the middle. Remember to be sure to keep this program running, otherwise he or she won't be able remotely fix your computer.
